- Please book your tickets at least 5 hours in advance. While booking, please provide your full name and passport number exactly as they appear on your passport. These details are required for ticket issuance and identity verification. Failure to provide the passport information in time may result in cancellation of the booking.
- After we receive your passport information, the official e-ticket will be sent to you via email on the day of boarding, prior to boarding.
Boarding Information
- Boarding Point: Chaotianmen Dock (HH7Q+8PJ, Changjiangbinjiang Rd, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, China, 400013)
- Boarding Time:7:30 PM – 9:30 PM. Cruises generally depart at intervals of approximately 30 minutes. However, as this is currently the peak travel season, there may be queues at the boarding point. Actual waiting time cannot be guaranteed and may be longer than 30 minutes. If you are unable to board the next departing cruise due to the queue or capacity, you may need to wait for a later departure. Therefore, please arrive at the port as early as possible and allow sufficient time for queuing and boarding.
- This is a self-guided boarding service. There will be no guide or staff member accompanying you to board the cruise. Please locate the correct pier/boarding point yourself and board independently using the e-ticket we provide.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required after the order is placed.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled boarding time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled boarding time are non-refundable.
