A $30 USD (RMB 200) deposit is required after placing the order. Your booking will be confirmed once the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due upon pickup by the driver.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
